Filing of the 13th annual report of the Ombudsman of Laval
The Ombudsman of the City of Laval, Nathalie Blais,has filed the 13th annual report of her office during the City Council meeting on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026.
« This report provides an overview of the activities carried out in 2025 and highlights the issues raised, the interventions undertaken, and the findings made in the course of our mandate. It also serves as a reminder of the importance of clear, consistent and accessible communication in fostering mutual understanding and maintaining a lasting relationship of trust between the municipal administration, elected officials and the citizens. ».
